Industry Groups File Joint Plan for Consolidated Audit Trail

A coalition of 24 stock exchanges, including major players like NYSE, NASDAQ, and CBOE, has submitted a joint proposal to the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) for a national market system plan governing the selection of a plan processor and development of a consolidated audit trail.
