IndexIQ ETF Trust, et al. Seek Approval for Funds of Funds and Cross-Company Investments

IndexIQ ETF Trust, IndexIQ Active ETF Trust, IndexIQ Advisors LLC, and ALPS Distributors Inc. have submitted a request to the regulatory body to allow certain investment companies to acquire shares of other companies, including business development companies and closed-end investment companies, and to invest in specific financial instruments.
