EPA to Respond to New Mexico Environmental Department's Petition Regarding San Juan Generating Station

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has agreed to respond to a petition filed by the New Mexico Environmental Department, Air Quality Bureau, regarding a Clean Air Act Title V operating permit for the San Juan Generating Station, following a proposed consent decree in a lawsuit filed by the WildEarth Guardians.
