EPA to Respond to Indiana Generating Station Permit Petition Under Proposed Consent Decree

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) will respond to a petition from the Indiana Department of Environmental Management regarding a proposed permit for the Edwardsport Generating Station by September 30, 2011, or within 20 business days after the consent decree is finalized, according to a proposed consent decree filed by the Sierra Club in the US District Court for the District of Columbia.
