EPA Approves West Virginia's Revised Motor Vehicle Emission Budgets

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed to approve West Virginia's revised motor vehicle emission budgets for the Charleston, Huntington, Parkersburg, Weirton, and Wheeling 8-hour ozone maintenance areas, which will increase the budgets due to reallocation of safety margins. The proposal, published in the Federal Register, is considered noncontroversial and will be finalized without a second comment period if no adverse comments are received.
