DoD Exempts Records from Privacy Act for Investigative Purposes

The Office of the Secretary of Defense has exempted records related to investigative material used to determine suitability for federal employment or access to classified information, while protecting the identity of confidential sources, as part of a nonsubstantive change to its Privacy Program rules.
