ATF Proposes Changes to NFA Firearms Registration Requirements

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) is proposing amendments to Department of Justice regulations to provide relief to manufacturers and firearms owners from certain National Firearms Act (NFA) requirements, allowing for late registration of firearms manufactured for the U.S. Government (USG) after they fall out of a government contract.
