EPA Proposes Settlement Agreement to Address Ozone Nonattainment in Six US Cities

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed a settlement agreement to resolve a lawsuit filed by the Sierra Club over the agency's failure to determine whether six US cities have met the national ozone standard, as required by the Clean Air Act.
