CIA Completes Review of Public Regulations on Access by Historical Researchers and Former Government Personnel

The Central Intelligence Agency has revised its access regulations to better reflect its current organizational structure and policies, following a review mandated by Executive Order 13526, and is issuing the revised rules as a final rule without prior notice.
