EPA Proposes Approval of Delaware Air Quality Implementation Plan Revision

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a revision to the State of Delaware's State Implementation Plan (SIP) under the Clean Air Act, which adds new regulations to control volatile organic compound emissions from adhesives and sealants.
