EPA Stays Sanctions on California Air Pollution District
The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has made an interim final determination to delay the implementation of offset and highway sanctions on the San Joaquin Valley Unified Air Pollution Control District (SJVUAPCD) in California, following the approval of revised rules published in 2011.
