Department of Justice Submits Information Collection Request for ATF Form 5400.31

The Department of Justice, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives, is requesting review and approval from the Office of Management and Budget for a revision of a previously approved form, ATF Form 5400.31, which is used for relief from explosives disability.
