EPA Proposes Revisions to California State Implementation Plan for San Joaquin Valley

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve revisions to the California State Implementation Plan (SIP) for the San Joaquin Valley Unified Air Pollution Control District (SJVUAPCD), focusing on regulating volatile organic compound emissions from motor vehicle and mobile equipment coating operations and adhesives and sealants, in accordance with the Clean Air Act of 1990.
