U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for Excelsior Estates Project in Sacramento County, CA

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has determined that a draft Environmental Impact Statement is required for the proposed Excelsior Estates Project, a mixed-use community with residential, commercial, office, schools, and parks, in Sacramento County, CA, following receipt of a permit application from Tsakopoulos Investments in June 2010.
