Atlantic Richfield Company and ARCO Environmental Remediation, L.L.C. Propose Settlement for Cleanup of ACM Smelter and Refinery Site in Montana

The U.S. Agency for Environmental Protection has announced a proposed settlement to recover past and future cleanup costs for the ACM Smelter and Refinery site in Cascade County, Montana, with Atlantic Richfield Company and ARCO Environmental Remediation, L.L.C. agreeing to pay $1,050,000.00 and perform a remedial investigation and feasibility study.
