NASA Announces Plans to Grant Exclusive License for Silicon Germanium Semiconductors

NASA is issuing a notice of its intent to grant an exclusive license in the US to practice certain semiconductor inventions, including patents and patent applications from NASA and external inventors, with the goal of advancing the development of silicon germanium semiconductors and related technologies.
