DEA Requests Extension of Information Collection for U.S. Official Order Forms for Schedules I and II Controlled Substances

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) is seeking an extension of its information collection request for U.S. Official Order Forms for Schedules I and II Controlled Substances, without any changes, for review and approval by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
