VA Secretary to Enter Enhanced-Use Lease for Roseburg VA Medical Center Development

The US Department of Veterans Affairs plans to lease approximately 9.3 acres of land at the Roseburg VA Medical Center in Oregon for a development project, where selected lessees will build and operate a permanent and transitional housing facility for homeless and at-risk veterans and their families.
