EPA Approves Revisions to California State Implementation Plan for San Joaquin Valley

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized approval of changes to the California State Implementation Plan (SIP) for the San Joaquin Valley Unified Air Pollution Control District (SJVUAPCD), which will regulate emissions from flares of volatile organic compounds, oxides of nitrogen, and particulate matter.
