EPA Approves Revision to Virginia Nitrogen Oxides Budget Trading Program

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is taking direct final action to approve a revision to the Virginia State Implementation Plan (SIP) to correct a regulatory error that ended the nitrogen oxides (NOx) budget at the end of the 2008 ozone season, in compliance with the Clean Air Act (CAA).
