VA to Lease Land for Affordable Housing in Salem, VA

The US Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) plans to enter into an Enhanced-Use Lease (EUL) for two parcels of land at the Salem VA Medical Center in Virginia, with the selected lessee required to develop affordable permanent housing for homeless and at-risk Veterans.
