EPA Proposes Clean Data Determination for Baltimore Nonattainment Area

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to determine that the Baltimore fine particulate matter (PM 2.5) nonattainment area has attained the 1997 annual PM 2.5 National Ambient Air Quality Standard (NAAQS), allowing for a suspension of certain requirements for the area.
