EPA Seeks Comments on Proposed Information Collection Request for Pesticide-Producing and Device-Producing Establishments

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is requesting public comments on a proposed information collection request to renew an existing approved form, EPA Form 3540-8 and EPA Form 3540-16, which is scheduled to expire on May 31, 2012.
