EPA Grants ExxonMobil Refining and Supply Company's Petition to Exclude Waste from Hazardous Waste Control

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has granted a petition by ExxonMobil Refining and Supply Company--Beaumont Refinery to exclude certain solid waste from hazardous waste control, allowing it to dispose of centrifuge solids generated from treatment of Tank Bottoms in Subtitle D landfills without meeting hazardous waste regulations.
