EPA Proposes Revisions to California Air Quality Plan

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking public comment on a proposal to limit the approval and disapproval of revisions to the California State Implementation Plan (SIP) for the Feather River Air Quality Management District (FRAQMD), focusing on reducing oxides of nitrogen (NOx) emissions from internal combustion engines.
