Delegation of Authority to President Under Ike Skelton National Defense Authorization Act

The Ike Skelton National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2011 grants the President certain functions and authority, as specified in Section 1535(c)(1), allowing for delegation of specific powers to the President.
