DLA Amends Solicitation for Cooperative Agreement Applications to Allow New Programs in FY 2012

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) has amended its Solicitation for Cooperative Agreement Applications (SCAA) to allow new programs to be submitted for fiscal year (FY) 2012, with a focus on areas not covered by existing programs.
