California Air Resources Board to Enforce Regulations on Ocean-Going Vessels at-Berth in California Ports

The California Air Resources Board (CARB) has been granted authorization by the EPA to adopt and enforce regulations for airborne toxic control measures on auxiliary diesel engines operated on ocean-going vessels at-berth in California ports, aiming to reduce emissions of oxides of nitrogen and particulate matter.
