EPA Extends Exemption for Ozone-Depleting Substances Production and Import

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has extended the exemption for laboratory and analytical use of Class I ozone-depleting substances in the US until December 31, 2014, in line with recent actions by the Parties to the Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer.
