EPA Rescinds Federally Promulgated Provisions on Visibility in Kentucky State Implementation Plan

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is taking direct final action to remove federally promulgated provisions regarding visibility in the Kentucky State Implementation Plan (SIP), which was approved on July 11, 2006, as part of the Clean Air Act (CAA) implementation.
