Department of Justice Proposes New System of Records for Learning Management and Training

The Department of Justice is proposing a new system of records to cover learning management and training records for all DOJ personnel, including contractors, volunteers, and the public, in addition to current Federal employees, as part of its compliance with the Privacy Act of 1974 and OMB Circular No. A-108.
