US Postal Service Establishes Docket for Review of Measurement and Cost Models for Periodic Reporting

The US Postal Service is creating a docket to review proposed changes to measurement and cost models for periodic reporting, including new sequencing system operations and modifications to mail processing costs, in an effort to consider public comments and the Postal Service's own proposal.
