EPA Partially Approves and Disapproves Texas' Implementation Plans for Ozone and PM2.5 Standards

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has partially approved and disapproved Texas' submittals for implementing the 1997 ozone and 1997-2006 PM2.5 national ambient air quality standards, as required by the Clean Air Act.
