Farm Credit Council Petitions for Repeal of Senior Officer Compensation Rule

The Farm Credit Council filed a petition with the Farm Credit Administration on December 4, 2012, requesting the repeal of a recently enacted rule requiring non-binding advisory votes on senior officer compensation, and is now soliciting comments on the proposal.
