U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Approves Spent Fuel Storage Cask System

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission has confirmed the effective date of January 30, 2012, for a direct final rule that amended the agency's spent fuel storage regulations, adding the NAC International, Inc. MAGNASTOR System to the list of approved casks.
