Nuclear Regulatory Commission Seeks Public Comment on Renewal of Low-Level Waste Disposal Facility Access Information Collection

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is seeking public comment on its plan to request the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) approval to renew an existing information collection related to emergency access to low-level radioactive waste disposal facilities.
