U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Requests Public Comment on Renewal of Information Collection for Disposal of High-Level Radioactive Wastes

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is seeking public comment on its intention to request the Office of Management and Budget's (OMB) approval for renewal of an existing information collection related to the disposal of high-level radioactive wastes in geologic repositories. The NRC is required to publish this notice under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 and is seeking input from state or Indian tribes, or their representatives, regarding the collection.
