US Department of Defense, General Services Administration, and National Aeronautics and Space Administration Adopt Final Rule on Iran Sanctions
The US Department of Defense, General Services Administration, and National Aeronautics and Space Administration have adopted a final rule amending the Federal Acquisition Regulation to require certifications related to expanded sanctions on Iran's energy sector and Revolutionary Guard Corps, as mandated by the Iran Threat Reduction and Syria Human Rights Act of 2012.
