GSA Proposes Rule to Improve Transportation Management for Federal Agencies

The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is proposing a rule to require federal agencies to obtain written authority from Transportation Officers before acquiring transportation services through a rate tender acquisition process, aiming to better manage the billions of dollars spent annually on transportation.
