DoD, GSA, and NASA Propose Updates to Federal Acquisition Regulation to Combat Human Trafficking in Government Contracts

The Department of Defense (DoD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) are proposing to update the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to enhance protections against human trafficking in government contracts, in line with Executive Order 13627 and the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2013.
