U.S. International Trade Commission Finds Violation of Section 337, Issues General Exclusion Order for LED Photographic Lighting Devices

The U.S. International Trade Commission has determined that a company has infringed on a patent related to LED photographic lighting devices, resulting in the issuance of a general exclusion order to prohibit the importation of infringing products. The Commission has also terminated the investigation for certain respondents based on a consent order.
