U.S. International Trade Commission Reviews Part of Remand Decision in Patent Investigation

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided to review in part a remand initial determination finding no violation of Section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930 in a patent investigation involving Certain Wireless Communication Devices, Portable Music and Data Processing Devices, Computers and Components Thereof.
