U.S. International Trade Commission Investigates Compact Fluorescent Reflector Lamps Patent Infringement

The U.S. International Trade Commission has received a complaint alleging patent infringement by certain compact fluorescent reflector lamps and related products, filed by Andrzej Bobel and Neptun Light, Inc. on behalf of the U.S. Patent No. 7,053,540, and seeks an investigation and potential exclusion orders.
