U.S. International Trade Commission Initiates Enforcement and Modification Proceedings for Certain Dimmable Compact Fluorescent Lamps

The U.S. International Trade Commission has started formal enforcement and modification proceedings related to a 2012 consent order concerning dimmable compact fluorescent lamps, following a notice issued on July 25, 2012
