US International Trade Commission Investigates ResMed Corporation for Patent Infringement on Sleep-Disordered Breathing Treatment Systems
The US International Trade Commission has launched an investigation into ResMed Corporation, ResMed Incorporated, and ResMed Limited for allegedly infringing on several patents related to sleep-disordered breathing treatment systems, following a complaint filed on March 28, 2013, under section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930.
