U.S. International Trade Commission Denies Review of Initial Determination in Secure Communication Investigation

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided not to review an initial determination denying a company's motion for sanctions and granting the complainants' motion to end the investigation in its entirety, resulting in the termination of the investigation.
