US International Trade Commission Finds Apple Violates Patent, Issues Exclusion Order and Cease and Desist Order

The US International Trade Commission has found Apple Inc. to be in violation of a patent and has issued a limited exclusion order and a cease and desist order against the company, prohibiting it from importing and selling certain wireless devices and tablets that infringe on a patent claim.
