U.S. International Trade Commission to Review Certain Portions of Remand Initial Determination for Video Game Systems and Wireless Controllers

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided to partially review the initial remand determination made by an administrative law judge on May 7, 2013, in a case involving video game systems and wireless controllers, and has set a schedule for filing written submissions on the review.
