U.S. International Trade Commission Reviews Final Initial Determination in Patent Investigation

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided to review its entire final initial determination, which found no violation of Section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, in a patent investigation involving Certain Products Containing Interactive Program Guide and Parental Control Technology.
