USITC Determines Not to Review Google's Motion to Intervene in Certain Portable Electronic Communications Devices

The U.S. International Trade Commission has refused to review an initial determination granting Google's unopposed motion to intervene in a case involving certain portable electronic communications devices, including mobile phones and their components.
